At Urban Logistics TMG LLC, we take financial responsibility seriously—because in freight, trust is earned load by load. We maintain the required $75,000 Broker/Freight Forwarder Surety Bond (Form BMC-84) filed in connection with our FMCSA brokerage authority.
This bond exists to demonstrate financial responsibility and to protect carriers and shippers in situations where a broker is found legally liable for failing to faithfully perform the contracts, agreements, or arrangements made while the bond is in effect.
(And like all BMC-84 bonds, the surety’s obligation is capped at the $75,000 penal sum.)
More importantly, we treat bonding as the baseline—not the finish line. Our standard is simple:
clear communication, clean documentation, and disciplined follow-through so carriers get treated fairly, shippers stay protected, and commitments are honored the right way.
