If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement entered into between you and Urban Logistics TMG, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Logistics TMG regarding the Site.
